Latvia - Lithuania Tourism Rally - stage II

Motorbike clases:

1. Sports enduro solo motorbikes hard ( weight up to 165 kg)

                                    2. Streets enduro solo motorbikes soft ( weight above 165 kg)

                                    3. Rare drive ATV’s

                                    4. 4x4 ATV’s

                                    5. Scooters, mopeds

6. Retro class (Soviet produced motorbikes – IZ, Dnepr, Minsk etc.)

            Motorbikes:

All participating motorbikes must be registered.

                        Vehicles registration certificate must be presented upon registration.

           

Route length:

Approximately 200km (for scooter and Retro class approx. 30-50km)

 

            Time limitation:

                        8 hours

 

            Route terrain:

Country roads, forest roads and paths with no complicated sections.

                        Street enduro motorbikes will have a preferential route

                        Scooter and retro class entrants will have a separate preferential route

 

GPS navigators for entering of the rally route

A GPS navigator with ability to enter and portray routes in coordinate system is required. The entered route will portray the route of the rally and its checkpoints. Rally route will be entered unitarily. The GPS should be sent to partners of the Tourist trophy organizers prior to the event. Deadline for sending the GPS navigator is Monday, August 16, 2010. GPS navigators will be handed out on the event day, prior the start.

Rally route will be entered by our long-time partner Info Era.

            Events’agenda:

Entrants start the race in teams of two in accordance to the class allocation. The team must collectively complete the route given in the GPS navigator. In order to enter the route the GPS navigator must be subbmited to the organizers prior the event. Entrants will receive their GPS on the event day.

The given route checkpoints should be marked by taking a photo near them (photos taken by mobile phone will not be considered). The route includes 2 assault courses (SP) that must be accomplished with time control.

 

            Evaluation:

The winning team has:

·        fitted within the time limits,

·        achieved the best assault course (SP) time,

·        checked in all the checkpoints.
